Shipping Method & Cost

When receiving and signing for the cargo, you must inspect the cargo carefully to make sure whether it is perfect or not; you should send letter to us instead of signing your name if it have any breakage or damaged, we will help you deal with it! But after receiving and signing for it, we will be no responsibility for the package

1. If you find the products broken when you receive it, please open the parcel to check whether the goods are kept intactly. If not, please refuse it. When the parcel is returned to us automatically, we will confirm if the damage is made during transportation. If yes, we will send you a new one of same model for exchange or fully refund your money according to your request,if you receive the goods are damage or wrong(eg:style,color ,size,etc),pls take picture and send email to our customers sevvice department in three days to deal with it.once checking its is our mistakes,we will send the correct one to you

2. If you want to return the parcel already signed by you, please email us to get our shipping address where your parcel can be returned to. We would have no responsibility for any missing parcel caused by returning to the wrong shipping address without confirming with us in advance

Shipping ways:

For the shipping ways, we usually ship your orders by EMS to your destinations for all over the world. But some area like South Africa, Netherlands and so on can't be reached by EMS, we may transit it to Hong Kong by Air Mail automatically without notifying you.

After your order is dispatched, we will offer you EMS or Hong Kong Air Mail tracking no& website ,There are two methods to get above informations from us,

2. Check your e-mail, for we will send update status to your e-mail address.

Unsuccessful or Wrong Delivery:

For those customers that do not receive your parcel within the max delivery time, please check with the local post office directly with your ID card or show your other valid certificate and the order information copy to them to get the goods status.
